Questions & answers
A quick guide to how the library, app and problem walkthroughs work. Didn't find your answer — get in touch.
Is the site free?
Yes. Viewing and rotating library models, browsing the top charts and reading problem walkthroughs are free and need no account. Creating your own models lives in the zhivo app for iPhone.
How do I view a model in AR on my desk?
Open the model in the zhivo app and tap “AR” — your iPhone camera places it right in your room. AR isn't available on the website: the browser lacks the camera and depth-sensor access it needs.
Where do the solid-geometry solutions come from?
The problems are typical configurations from the open exam bank (task 14). The solutions are checked with the coordinate method, and the cross-section grows in 3D step by step alongside the written solution.
Can I add my own model to the library?
Yes. Describe a model in words in the app — zhivo generates it, and once published and moderated it appears in the shared library, the top charts and on this site.
Which devices does zhivo work on?
The app launches on iPhone in the App Store. The library website works in any modern browser — on desktop, tablet and phone.
